How long does it take to receive my order?

All sweaters, hoodies and sweatpants are made to order. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for garment to be prepared before being processed and shipped. Great things are worth waiting for.

SHIPPING

Delivery options below for items available now do not reflect the 1-2 business day processing time. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. 
• Ground free deliveries made Monday-Saturday
• Two day $25.00 deliveries made Monday-Friday
• Next day $35.00 deliveries made Monday-Friday

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico* Two days $25.00 deliveries made Monday-Friday *ground, Saturday and same day not available.

Two day and Next day deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Ground deliveries are made Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and holidays. UshKaY cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond UshKaY's control. 

We recommend reviewing your order details on the order review page before submitting your order, or in the order confirmation email that is sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Upon delivery, please ensure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the shipment confirmation email.

Please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.

For security reasons, all UshKaY online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by FedEx. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. Please note that UshKaY is not responsible for unanticipated FedEx delays.

Order Modification:
Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.

During high volume time (such as sale), UshKaY.com reserves the right to limit its delivery options. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout.

Products on our site are subject to availability. Once you select a size, a message will indicate if that item is available now or available for backorder-pre-order. 
 



TRACKING
UshKaY will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 1-2 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your selected shipping method to anticipate the delivery of your order. Two Day and Ground purchases are shipped via FedEx. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status. If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number. A final delivery confirmation email will be sent once we receive a delivery notification from FedEx.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please refer to the shipping availability provided at on the product page and at checkout.

To accommodate payment authorization and packaging, please allow up to two business days to obtain shipping information. 

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. 
• Ground: 3-5 business days with deliveries made Tuesday-Saturday 
• Two Day: 2 business days with deliveries made Monday-Friday 
• Next Day: 1 business day with deliveries made Monday-Friday

A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Return Policy 

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

For online purchases, UshKaY will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
Return merchandise must be post marked within 30 days from the date of delivery to UshKaY.com.
UshKaY.com does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package. 
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact. 
UshKaY reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in UshKaY's sole discretion. 
Merchandise returned to UshKaY.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 
For updates regarding your return, please contact UshKaY420@gmail.com and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

How do I return an item?
Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment UshKaY.com does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. Gucci will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
